• Profile information: profile photo, short bio, and preferred language.
• Listing information (hosts): room address and location, description, photos, availability, house rules, and price.
• Booking information (guests): the listings you search, save, request, and book, along with your stay dates.
• Verification data: where required, a government ID or other documents used to confirm identity or ownership of a listing.
• Payments: transaction amounts and history. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
• Communications: messages, reviews, and ratings you exchange with other users or send to our support team.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and how you interact with the platform.
• Approximate or precise location, when you allow it, to show nearby listings and improve search results.

• To create and manage your account and to operate the platform.
• To publish listings and connect hosts with guests.
• To process bookings and payments and to send related confirmations.
• To enable messaging, reviews, and ratings between users.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud, and keep the community safe.

• To personalize search results and recommend relevant listings.
• To send service updates and, where permitted, promotional messages you can opt out of.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following cases:

• Between users: when a booking is requested or confirmed, hosts and guests see the information needed to complete the stay, such as first name, profile photo, and the details of the listing.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the platform, including hosting, payment processing, SMS and email delivery, maps, and analytics.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or Ijaradosh.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay through Ijaradosh, your card data is sent directly to the provider under their own security standards. We receive only the information needed to confirm and record the transaction, not your full card number.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the platform is used, and improve our service. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some of them may affect how the platform works.
